Returns
If for any reason you need to return an item you've purchased the first thing you should do is contact us on 01444 483 200.
We can then work with you to get the product back to us if necessary.
All items, can be returned for a full refund within seven days of receipt of the goods. We must be notified by you within the seven day period. The items must be returned within 30 days following notification. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the items. All items must be returned original packaging and be received by us undamaged in order to receive a refund. However If you received any item damaged/faulty or our product description was misleading, then in those circumstances we will issue a full refund including your return postage costs.
We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery proof of postage.
