How can I pay for my items on your website?
We use PayPal to process payments on our site. That way you can either pay with funds in your PayPal account or by any of the major credit/debit cards.
How long do items usually take to be delivered?
Usually items ordered from us, as long as they're in stock, will arrive with you within 7 days.
How can I track my order?
Log in to your account using the log in box at the side of the screen. After logging in you'll see an option to manage your account. After clicking on this you'll see a list of your recent orders displayed.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a standard £3.75 for each order. Collections from the shop haven't got a delivery charge - you're doing all the hard work!
How do I get in touch with you if I have a query?

How do I arrange a return?
If you want to return an item please call us on 01444 483 200.
All items, can be returned for a full refund within seven days of placing your order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) We must be notified by you within the seven day period. The items must be returned within 30 days following notification. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the items. All items must be returned original packaging and be received by us undamaged in order to receive a refund. However If you received any item damaged/faulty or our product description was misleading, then in those circumstances we will issue a full refund including your return postage costs.
We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery proof of postage.

Please note that items can only be refunded to the original cardholder.
Do I have to register to use your site?
When you're ready to place your first order our checkout process will automatically create an account for you. The details will be emailed through to you so that it'll be easier for you to place further orders on our site or if you want to log in to see the details of your orders.
Placing your first order
Placing an order with our site is very straightforward.
First of all you'll have to find an item or items that you want to buy. You can do this with the site search function or by browsing the shop categories.
Next use the add to basket button to place a product in your basket. If you still have more things to buy you can carry on browsing otherwise click on the show basket link at the top or the side of the screen.
Your basket will now appear showing the details of what you've placed in there. If you're ready to finish the order click on the checkout link.
If this is your first order with us make sure that the new customer option is clicked. You'll then be asked to fill in your details including your home address. Don't worry - we won't pass them on to anyone else. Make sure that you have a look at our terms and conditions and then click the register button.
You'll now see a screen where you can confirm the shipping address (we've used your home address as the default) or you can enter a new address. When you're happy click the next button.
Now you can choose what you want to do for delivery - you can either use our standard £3.75 delivery or you can collect it from the shop.
The final screen will show your updated basket with the costs for delivery included. Click on the confirm order button to be taken to the PayPal website to complete the payment of your order. When you've finished on the PayPal site you'll be returned to our website.
That's it - you're done. We look forward to your first order!
How to find us
We're easy to get to: Brighton is 20 miles South and M25/M23 junction is 30 miles away North. We are easy to find, situated on the main High St number 75. There is free parking either on the High street or in one of the free car parks in Lindfield. Our postcode for satnav is RH16 2HN. The High st is the B2028 which is found of the A272 if coming from the south or the A264 North. Lindfield is attached to Haywards Heath in mid Sussex.
