Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery charge to the UK mainland is £4.95.

We aim to dispatch your order quickly within 24 hours during the working week. Please allow extra time for Friday and weekend purchases. You will be notified by way of email once your item has been dispatched. Your item will be inspected by us prior to delivery if it is held in stock as part of quality control. Please allow up to 7 days from ordering for delivery of goods as we use a variety of postal services.

We endeavour to recycle the packaging that we receive from our suppliers. Please bear this in mind when you receive your goods that we re-use packaging in order to do our bit for the planet.

Local collection

For customers who are local you may order online and collect your item from our shop in Lindfield West Sussex. We will contact you after purchase to arrange a collection time from our shop. Please understand that if you arrive to collect stock from the shop without this arrangement the item you ordered is unlikely to be there.

Amendments to normal delivery times

If as and when we are away from the premises for any length of time the details of this will be posted on our web site.

For any items out of stock we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery and check that the item is still required.

Additional delivery charges

Postage is for uk mainland only so for outside of mainland UK or overseas deliveries, postal charges will be supplied upon request.
